How long will it take to get my order ready for pickup?
Orders are usually ready for pick up between 6 to 10 working days. Make sure you wait to receive the email confirmation before coming to one of our locations.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
An email notification will be sent to your address letting you know when your order is ready for pick up. Make sure we do not fall in the spam folder before contacting us.
Where do you offer the pickup in store?

What carrier do you use?
Shipments to the different locations are shipped via either Purolator or Fedex, depending on the location.
Can I change my shipping method?
Once your order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to change your shipping method. However, you can always update your shipping method before your order is processed by contacting our customer service team via email or chat.

What do I need to bring to the store?
