Are your cases really protective?

Our cases are built to offer real, everyday protection (and more extreme).

They’re drop-tested up to 8 feet. The dual-layer design combines a shock-absorbing rubber layer with a rigid outer shell for extra durability. Raised edges also help protect your screen and camera.

And because we like to take things further… we even dropped them from a hot air balloon in extreme conditions. They survived it. Curious to see? Go check it out.

Can I customize my own design?

You can easily create your own design using our templates that guide you every step of the way. The process is simple and quick, so you end up with a case that truly reflects your style.

And no need to be a designer, it’s super easy! Plus, our in-house quality control ensures your case looks sharp and the print comes out beautifully. See how easy it is here.

Do you have a warranty on your products?

All KaseMe products are covered by our one year warranty starting from the shipment date of your order. 

If your product breaks or shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@kasemedesign.com. Our team will assist you with a replacement at no cost.

You can find our detailed warranty policy here.

Where are your products made?

All our our products are designed by our team right here in Canada.

Our main product, the Impact case, is officially "made in Canada" as the majority of manufacturing costs happens in our manufacturing plant. 

Other products, such as our transparent cases, AirPods or screen protectors, come from our international partners as we are unable to manufacture them here. However, every print and customization is done in Canada, ensuring a unique product that meets our quality standards.
