All of our cases come with a one year warranty. If your case breaks or experiences unusual color fading, please get in touch with us for a free replacement. Note that normal wear and tear are not covered by our product warranty.
Our shipping rates
Our shipping rates are decided according to your delivery area and the items you have in your cart. We have preferential rates with Canada Post, GLS, Nationex and Purolator.
Our shipping delays
Delivery times depend on the selected products and the chosen shipping provider. Since we print your cases on demand, standard orders require 3 to 6 business days for production. Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes between 3 to 6 business days.
For express orders, production takes 2 to 4 business days, with delivery within 1 to 2 business days in Canada.
Please note that MacBook skins and iPad Folio cases may require slightly longer production times. For full details on delivery times, please refer to the following page.
Can I change my model after I have placed my order?
You can change the model of your device (phone, iPad, etc.) if you made a mistake. Modifications are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped (before you receive the shipping confirmation email). To request a change, simply contact us via the live chat on our website or through Messenger on Facebook.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
It is possible to exchange a model or design within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been used. However, note that all sales are final and no refunds are possible unless the product is defective. This does not apply to personalized products, which are not exchangeable or refundable.
