Politique de remboursement
All KaseMe cases have a 1 year guaranty policy. If your product breaks or show signs of production defect, you can write us at email@example.com and our team will take care getting you a new case free of charge. KaseMe reserve the rights to hold a refund if the returned product shows normal wear and tear from use, and do not fall under our one year coverage. No substitute product will be exchanged for the original defective product.
Échanges (si applicable)
KaseMe replace items if they fall under warranty return policy, or are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that products made with custom images are not exchangeable or refundable.
Note that the shipping cost will not be refunded, in the exception where the product is defective.

By purchasing a customized product with your own image, the customer agrees that to own all the rights to use the submitted image(s). KaseMe is not responsible for images submitted with trademarks or intellectual property. The client will hold sole accountability over the submitted assets.
